Fields Infiniti of Lake County

Hello Brian,

It'll be almost a month now since I made my trip to your dealership from Connecticut. I've had my eye on a G Coupe since they came out in '03 and I was finally able to get my hands on one. The reason for my trip to your dealership was the great deal being offered for an '08 G37 Coupe in addition to the free set of All Season tires. I was unable to even come close to such a deal within the tri-state area. Sal Safavi provided me with impeccable customer service from our initial phone conversations to picking me up at the airport to finalize the sale. He has also done an awesome job at keeping in touch and assuring me of his willingness to help with any questions or needs I may have. Florin followed suit and made my first new car buying experience a very smooth and comfortable ride which made my trip to IL all the worth while. I would definitely do it all over again. It's hard to get great service nowadays and it's good to know that some companies are still willing to go the extra mile for their customers.

I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for a wonderful experience at
your dealership. After previously having some very bad experiences it was
very refreshing to deal with you and your staff. From the test drive to the
signing of the paperwork the entire process was smooth and efficient. Even
though we bought a certified used Infiniti FX35 we were never treated in a
way that made us feel any less then someone who was buying a more expensive
new model. Our thanks to Joe R in sales, Danielle in finance, and yourself.
